Classes for Weight Loss, Stress, Insomnia and Pain Management

This summer Clinical Hypnotherapist Richard Cawte will be holding regular afternoon and evening classes for people looking to lose weight, de-stress, get a good night’s sleep and manage pain (including tinnitus, headaches and IBS).

Free Introductory Sessions

Hypnotherapy can help in a lot of areas. These include weight loss, stop smoking, phobias, insomnia, stress, anxiety, tinnitus, pain management, IBS, asthma, hay fever, exam nerves and more. Thanks to TV “hypnotists”, there is often a certain amount of trepidation when it comes to trying this effective form of therapy…the idea that a hypnotherapist might make someone quack like a duck or bark like a dog seems to persist!

To help demystify the whole process, Richard is holding some free introductory sessions for anyone who would like to find out more about how hypnotherapy can help you. These last approximately 90 minutes and are a mixture of tips, tactics and Q&A with a full guided relaxation and energy-boost built in. You’ll have every chance to ask anything that you like.

You can then decide whether to attend one of the specific classes that Richard is running during June or work with Richard privately if you prefer. (Obviously we cannot do personal therapy in groups)
