New Yoga Class
Holistic Yoga
An eclectic style of nurturing hatha and yin yoga, incorporating pranayama, easy warm up stretches and gentle yoga poses which tone the body and improve flexibility. Each session will end with a blissful guided relaxation that leaves you feeling calm and peaceful. The class is suitable for older beginners, as well as anyone who has done yoga before. Class sizes are small so Zoë can provide personal attention and adapt poses to meet the personal needs of each individual student.
