Hypnotherapy and Stress Management
This autumn clinical hypnotherapist and stress management practitioner Richard Cawte will be hosting six workshops designed to help you to relax, unwind and get a good night's sleep. Treasure Baskets and Singing Play Sessions - Wednesday mornings, term time only - Starting 13th September 2017
These sessions will begin with some songs especially for young babies and follow with a play session using treasure baskets.
Treasure baskets contain safe objects usually made from natural materials for babies to explore using all their senses.
