Hatha Yoga - 2pm - 3:30pm - A gentle but effective yoga class with an emphasis on joint health and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.

Restorative Yoga - 3:30pm - 5pm - This is a deeply relaxing practice. Relaxation, stress relief. pain management and deep self-care are the aims of the session. Restorative Yoga is effective in calming body and mind and in restorative healing.

Hypnotherapy and Stress Management


This autumn clinical hypnotherapist and stress management practitioner Richard Cawte will be hosting six workshops designed to help you to relax, unwind and get a good night's sleep. Held every Monday evening at 7.00pm, each 90-minute session will include guided visualisations as well as some specific, simple techniques you can put into practice straight away. These sessions will begin with some songs especially for young babies and follow with a play session using treasure baskets.

Treasure baskets contain safe objects usually made from natural materials for babies to explore using all their senses.

£3.50 per session, drop in basis and numbers limited to 10.

This is deeply relaxing guided meditation that you do lying down (I like lying down!). I use ambient music and gentle bi-naural beats to aid deep theta-state meditation.

Live Wise, Age Well would like to hear from anyone in Axminster and the surrounding area who would like to participate. This programme is just the thing for people who may be experiencing life transitions. These can be retirement, the children leaving home or becoming a carer.
