Axminster Health & Wellbeing Centre offers yoga and meditation for all levels and ages to help promote wellbeing. Yoga and meditation are ideal practices to relieve stress and anxiety from our daily lives while having a low impact on the body. Our instructors have years of experience and training and are here to advise on all types of conditions and suitability.
 
 
Pilates - Fitness for Life
 
Pilates is a method of body conditioning that develops the body uniformly, corrects posture, restores vitality,    invigorates the mind and, according to its founder Joseph Pilates, elevates the spirit.

Qigong
 
Qigong is the Chinese health system of slow, gentle, non impact movements that promotes wellbeing of the body and mind. A non-impact exercise, suitable for all ages and abilities.
 
 
 
Tripudio Movement Systems 
 

Fun exercise classes for the young at heart and those with compromised health include:

Warm up and mobilisation to improve circulation and movement plus increase lymphatic drainage 

Stretching, strength & balance

Short gentle exercises and dances that can be done standing or seated

Music, lots of fun plus laughter

Classes are on a Wednesday from 2pm - 3pm with Karen
